Paper Forms
- A limited number of paper copies of basic U.S. federal tax forms (1040, 1040A and 1040EZ) are available in the Government Information department on Level 5 of Thomas Cooper Library.
- South Carolina tax forms are no longer distributed to libraries to give out.
