Finding Biographies in the Catalog

Some major children's and young adult authors will have book length biographies available through the USC library system.  The best way to find these books is to perform a Subject search in the classic for the desired author's name, using the last name first, first name last arrangement.

Reference Books

Many authors may not be prominent enough to have a book length biographies, but may still be well known enough to have short biographical sketches included in some of the books held in the Reference Collection on the Main level of Thomas Cooper Library.
