How to locate a source from a citation?

Perhaps you located the following citation in the bibliography of an article.  How can you determine if USC Libraries has access? 

The example below is a citation for an article. You will want to search for the article title in Find It of USC.  If the citation is for a book, you will want to search the book title.  

Feher, S. (1992). Who Looks To The Stars? Astrology and its Constituency. Journal for the Scientific Study of Religion31(1), 88.
