With the support of the Provost Office, graduate student employees with expertise in statistical and data analysis provide In-person assistance. A variety of software related to data/spatial analysis and data/spatial visualization is installed on select computers in the Technology Lounge on the 5th floor of Thomas Cooper Library.

SPSS
SPSS may look like a spreadsheet and it can perform many similar functions. Unlike most spreadsheets, SPSS provides easy access to a wide variety of statistical tests and graphics and supports much larger datasets. It is widely used in various subject areas and fields.
Microsott Excel 365
Part of the Microsoft Office 365 suite of programs
Tableau Public Desktop Application
Tableau is currently the preeminent data visualization software tool used by businesses and others. This free version provides comparable capabilities to the paid versions with limitations on dataset size and data import sources. Create an account and proceed.
Microsoft Power BI Desktop Application
Free as part of the University's Office365 license. Use your campus credentials to sign in.
