ORCID

The University of South Carolina is an institutional member of ORCID. This membership provides USC with five APIs that can be used to connect USC systems to connect with the ORCID registry. Other institutions have used ORCID APIs to:

• Integrate with researcher profiling systems
• Support access to and reporting of research publications
• Streamline citation harvesting
