Find It @ UofSC Libraries is a search tool that finds books, e-books, articles, films, and more available from University Libraries. The strength of Find It @ UofSC is that it allows you to search across many of resources at the same time. However, you will still want to search individual databases. Not all databases are searched within Find It @ UofSC.
Navigating Find It @ UofSC
From the University Libraries’ homepage, click the Advanced Search link located under the search box. Choose a search option.
- Articles, Books, and More searches articles, books, e-books, online media, and many other sources.
- UofSC Libraries limits the search to University of South Carolina books, e-books, manuscripts, and other materials held in our collections. Articles as well as other database content will not appear in your search results.
- PASCAL Delivers is a free book-delivery service which enables current USC students, faculty and staff to request delivery of physical books from other academic libraries across the state to a participating library. Sign in to make requests.
HathiTrust
- HathiTrust Digital Library This link opens in a new windowDigitized collection of books and other items from major research libraries. To access member features, click LOG IN and select University of South Carolina from the dropdown list. Then enter your USC network username and password.
WorldCat.org
- WorldCat.org (Free Version) This link opens in a new windowSearch a global catalog of library collections. If you find an item that is not in the University Libraries collections, you can make a free Interlibrary Loan request to ask to borrow it from another library.
