Most public companies provide annual report(s) and/or SEC filings on their websites. Look for INVESTOR RELATIONS (tip: often easier to use the Site Map)
Public Register's Annual Reports
The Public Register provides free annual reports of public companies trading on the NYSE, NASDAQ, AMEX, OTC and TSX exchanges. Orders are processed and mailed within one business day.
Yahoo Finance
Search for a company, then select SEC FILINGS or FINANCIALS in left column.
(Note: easy access to a specific financial because links are listed separately)

Search for a company then select FINANCIALS in left column

1. Basic Search tab-->Search company-->Choose FINANCIALS tab
2. Advanced Search tab-->select FINANCIALS in blue sub-menu-->specify financial criteria
3. Government Filings tab-->audited financials in 10-K and unaudited quarterly financials in 10-Q *Multiple formats (as is, restated, standardized)

*Tailor your choices at the top and even export your information to Excel

USC subscribes to several databases that contain company financial statements. Guidance on how to access financial statements using each is detailed below.

1. Scroll down to Select “Business” under “Get More”
open COMPANY DOSSIER-->search and select company-->choose FINANCIALS Overview in left column (statements for last 3 years + key financial ratios)

2. Select Search By Content Type-->under COMPANIES directory, select SEC FILINGS-->specify company-->audited financials in 10-K and unaudited quarterly financials in 10-Q

Bloomberg Terminal [available in Trading Room at Business School only]
To get a list of a company's EDGAR filings, type: "[ticker symbol] " . Bloomberg has filings back to 1993.
